The Incinerator had staged a war against the last living planet in the universe... Earth.  Beginning with the world’s forests, he torched everything green insight in order to keep his planet ASHON running on coal. 
In our last episode, King Zoom fell victim to the villain’s toxic fume blaster and was taken prisoner to the Incinerator’s infernal castle.  Meanwhile on ASHON’s phantom satellite moon, White Dragon and Iceman hide out in The Palace,  devising a plan to rescue King Zoom.
